Like many of our projects
Jody Miller Construction was built from the ground up.
Established in 1976 we have proudly risen to a top tier local General Contractor providing unmatched quality and high performing projects throughout Washington State. With projects ranging in scope from high end residential homes that require scrutiny over the most intimate details, to large public schools and community projects with demanding schedules and safety protocols. We have built many valued relationships from the ground up that have allowed us the honor of being specifically requested on projects for our reputation of integrity and our ability to manage projects, from scheduling and budget to building all with the highest quality standards.
Jody Miller, President
Jody Miller, as president of Jody Miller Construction, Jody personally ensures that his customers and their projects receive the attention, service and quality they deserve. Jody’s through the ranks construction background and his attention to detail have earned Jody Miller Construction its reputation for integrity and trust. Jody is a graduate of the University of Washington and has been working in the business for many years. Jody’s hands on approach to all aspects of his company has proven to be a successful formula for his company and clients.
Jody Miller Jr, Sr. Project Manager
Jody Jr is a Central Washington University Alumni where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. Jody Jr brings a new view of construction to Jody Miller Construction with 3-D modeling to LEED certified projects. With the newest knowledge of the construction industry Jody Jr. strives to use all means and methods to make Jody Miller Construction and clients projects to continue budget and schedule.
Josh Miller, Sr. Project Manager
Josh Miller is a graduate of the University of Washington. Majoring in Construction Management he has been taught the latest means and methods in the modern construction industry. Combining construction styles taught by Jody and the experience of growing up in the industry makes for a broad understanding of the trade. Josh provides a unique technical aspect to Jody Miller Construction. Through detailed estimates, online project management, and graphic critical path schedules Josh provides a visual portfolio for the owner to track and view their own project.
Craig Vernon, Sr. Project Manager and Engineer
Craig A. Vernon is a graduate of University of Washington where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. Craig’s experience included extensive field work, design, and construction management of large commercial, industrial, and multi-family projects.
Chris Murphy, Assistant Project Manager
Chris provides the much-needed support on our large scale projects. Schools and many large scale commercial projects require detailed shop drawing and submittal review to maintain schedules. Chris maintains logs and correspondence to ensure proper delivery of product.
Fiona Hutchinson, Contract Administrator
Fiona manages the operations of the office. She maintains all the project logs, prepares contracts or purchase orders, and ensures compliance of subcontractors / suppliers with the state and local municipalities. Fiona assists the project manager team with document control and distribution along with the overall closeout of the projects.
Liz Franca, Accounting
Liz has over 30 years of accounting experience in the construction industry. Liz oversees all accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and benefits. Liz assists in the preparation of our financial statements and cash flow analysis. She leads our team through the complex world of construction accounting.
Cristal Jones, Accounting
Cristal has spent many years in the accounts payable industry. Having worked for several large scale businesses, she has found a home at JMC. Cristal handles all payables and subcontractor lien management.
Denise Houseman, Accounting
Denise has been in the construction industry for many years and offers a third party review and preparation of quarterly financial statements and work in progress schedules.Our Clients
