The CubeSmart Storage facility was a 2-building 3-level project located in Lakewood, WA. It consisted of approximately 77,000 of self-storage space. Two elevators and a secured gated entrances allow customers to access both drive up style units and varying sizes of interior spaces. The entire building was constructed with structural and light gauge metal framing and climate controlled with a combination of unit heaters and hydronic. Getting to occupancy is of critical importance to the ownership group so the project was completed ahead of schedule and on budget.
